PLEASE NOTE: Due to Florida statute 327.54, our company is required to offer $500,000 liability insurance to the driver of the vessel. This is an additional $25 charge. You may opt out at the time of the rental if insurance is not desired.

Rental Policy
Age & License Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a boat
- All persons on vessel 18 years or older must sign liability waiver
- You must have a valid drivers license
- The skipper of the vessel must have completed the boater safety course recognized by the USCG prior to rental (please see the section below for safety course info)
Cancellations
- 100% refund for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled rental
- 100% refund for non rentals due to weather if rental doesn’t leave dock. However, NO partial refunds for early returns, even due to weather.
- No shows on reservation are charged for the reserved rental
Payment Methods & Fees
- All major credit cards accepted
- A major credit card is required or a $500.00 refundable security deposit minus fuel charges
- If rental is not returned on time, there will be a charge
Rental Hours
- Boat rentals start at 8:00AM and must be returned by 6:30PM
- Boats rent by half day or full day
- Please note: All Fishing boats leave the dock with a full fuel tank and are topped off by the customer upon return
Language Requirements
For safety reasons, all operators of rental boats must be fluent in English.
Important Info
- A shorter temporary Rental license may be obtained here (approx 25min): Florida Boat Rental Course.
- The state of Florida requires completion of a boater safety course if operating a boat. You can take one free at Boat US.(approx 2hrs) BoatUS
- Fishing licenses may be obtained online from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission at Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
- Our boats are located at the docs of the Fort Walton Yacht Basin.Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
